I am a father, husband, business owner, pastor, author and mental health advocate. I’ve been in ministry for over 20 years, pastored two churches and I’m currently pastoring in the Blue Mountains, Sydney.

I have had a 27 year journey through depression, anxiety and burnout. It’s been a long journey to get to where I am today with many ups and downs, but finally with the right support around me, I have found freedom and feel in my heart it’s time to break the silence and start the conversation around mental health.

There is a deep desire in me to help those who are struggling to discover emotional and spiritual health. Being a voice for those who can’t find their own and are unable to share their struggles.

It’s time to get the conversation started, and let Jesus do only what He can do, bring healing to those who need it.
